Summary: Fuyumi Yoshida, a hime from Yoshida Palace had been captured. When she woke up, she saw a beautiful guy in front of the door, smiling at her. She didn't know until then, that he is a prince. Inoo, an ouji lives in his own castle with other princesses. She asked why he kidnapped her. But was that the truth? Could it be the real point of having her there, is the thing she hates the most? or can she love it?

Chapter 9! Lantern Festival! Merry Kurisumasu!
Weeks have passed and It's already Christmas! The himes and oujis were wearing there colorful kimonos for the lantern festival, which is also the celebration for Christmas.
"Ehhhh.... Fuyumi-chan! You're so kawaii! especially your kimono! you're so lucky that Kyou-kun gave you one!" Yumiko said. One of Fuyumi's friend in the palace. She was twirling around to see if it suits her. It's color white with black collar with red and green flowers. Her hair was more curled on the tip and has a bun on the side with chopsticks at the back.
"KYAAAA! The oujis are here!" They shouted and ran towards them. The Oujis entered together and as usual, they look stunning with there kimonos.
"I'm so thankful to have this kakkoi face" Yamada winked and smiled. He was caressing his cheeks with his eyes closed. Ryutaro elbowed him and rolled his eyes. "Nani? Is there something wrong Ryutaro-kun?" He said with a soft voice.Ryutaro just sighed and looked back at the himes drooling over them.
"Mah Mah.... calm down minna" Chinen, with his charming smile almost melted the himes around them making them scream louder.
Daiki entered while fixing his kimono. "Ne does this look good on me?" He asked. "Oh! Minna! So you're done fixing already. Mah.... hontou ni kawaii na!" With his "I don't know what's happening here" look on his face made him look cuter.
and so, the other oujis in the palace also greeted their himes one by one.
"AH! Fuyumi-chan!" Kyou ran toward her and looked at her from head to toe. "Sugoi! It fits you very well!"
Fuyumi blushed and smiled. "Arigatou, it fits you too Kyou-kun"
Chinen noticed Inoo was looking at Kyou with piercing eyes. "Ne, Inoo-chan.. why don't you talk to her?"
"Why should I?" Inoo said.
"I've noticed your eyes you know. You were looking at him a while ago" Chinen laughed. Inoo rolled his eyes and said "No I wasn't" and walked away. Chinen just chuckled and shook his head.
At last, They arrived at the festival. People were having fun, some were playing and talking to each other. The lights filled the streets and they were all waiting for the lantern event.
"I wonder what my luck is today!" Hikaru said. "Ikuzo Yabu-chan!" He pulled Yabu toward the shrine full of omamoris. Each one of them took there own charms and read it. They were all fascinated with what was written on it. When Inoo opened his,
"Do what you have to do before this night ends"
Inoo's eyes widened with what he read. "Tch" he muttered. He crumpled the piece of paper and threw it on the floor.

"Fuyumi-chan? You've been looking around since we got here. Are you looking for someone?" Yumiko said. Fuyumi snapped back and chuckled.
"iie. I was just looking at the booths" She said and started wandering around again.
"I don't know why I keep on looking around. It feels like I wanted to see someone yet I don't even know who it is"
She thought. When she saw Inoo at the shrine, their eyes met and she felt relieved. Their eyes show that they wanted to say something but they can't.
"I don't even know what it means. What do I have to do before this night ends?"
These words kept on echoing in his mind. But whenever he sees Fuyumi, it gives him a hint on what he was supposed to do.
Suddenly, Kyou pulled Fuyumi's hand. He brought her to a small shooting booth.
"Ah! Kawaii! Neko-chan!" Fuyumi pointed at the stuffed toy. It looked like Yume-chan. Kyou took the toy gun and started shooting. All the girls gathered around him and watched him play. They were all talking about him.
"Sugoi naaa! That girl is so lucky! I wish I was her!"
"He's so kakkoi!"
"It's Kyou-sama!" They shouted. Fuyumi was just staring at Kyou at that moment suddenly, there was a neko stuffed toy in front of her.
"Yoshu! Here you go." He grinned at her while holding it.
"Ehhhh minna! look! He's kakkoi too!!" Another girl screamed and pointed at Inoo. He was also playing and he managed to get all the stuffed toys that were hanging on the wall.
"Hontou ni Bakka! Those little kids were waiting in line! and you took all the toys they want!" Fuyumi shouted at him.
"Ehh.... and now it's my fault for being good at this game. Mataku" Inoo sighed and frowned. Fuyumi was just talking and talking though her voice was just a buzzing noise to Inoo because he and Kyou were too busy staring at each other with their piercing eyes. Inoo took all the toys and gave it to the kids around him.
"Oy, This one's for you. I just took it somewhere." Inoo threw three roses to her and stuck his tongue out. Fuyumi frowned and thank him sarcastically.
"Ne Fuyumi-chan, Let's go over there!" Kyou pulled her away from Inoo. They got into a closed place full of trees and a pond at the center. There were lots of fireflies flying around them. They both looked amazed with it.
"Hontou ni sugoi! Look! I caught one!" Fuyumi was going around and around trying to catch a firefly. Suddenly, she slipped near the pond and Kyou immediately put his arms around her and pulled her back.
"Oy! that was close! you shouldn't go close to that pond!" Kyou shouted. Her heart was beating fast and her eyes were wide opened. They heard a sound coming from the bush. They both looked at Kyou's arms and he immediately pulled back.

"Inoo-chan! Where have you been? the lantern event will start in a while!" Takaki shouted and called Inoo. He walked towards them and waited for the lanterns to start.
"Ne.... is there something wrong?" Daiki said, looking at Inoo's glum face. He shook his head and said nothing was wrong.
"Oy! Minna! Ikuzo! The lantern event will start in a minute!" The himes said. Fuyumi and Kyou ran towards them. She saw the himes were holding different flowers.
"Ne, where did you get those?" She asked.
"Oh this? Inoo-sama gave these!" One of the himes said. Fuyumi looked at the roses she was holding.
"So everybody has one.... mataku...." She laughed though she doesn't sound happy.She doesn't know what to feel at that moment. She was happy that Kyou gave him a neko, Happy because it was Christmas, yet something was different.
Kyou looked really concerned. He saw her looking at Inoo standing next to her.
"ICHI NI SAN! DOUZO!" The countdown just finished and they all released their lanterns. The sky was full of different colors of lanterns glowing.
"I saw the both of you a while ago" Inoo said while still looking at the sky.
"Oh so that was you behind the bush? tch, so you saw us huh" Kyou's voice got lower. "Hugging her is the best part of this night" He smirked at Inoo. Inoo frowned and his hands were folded into a fist.
"I guess giving the same gifts to the himes wouldn't hurt her would it?" Kyou added. Inoo looked at Fuyumi. She caught him looking at her and smiled.
"Hers were different. Those weren't just roses"
"How come? Those are just the same"
"I took it from somewhere special." Inoo said with a serious tone on his voice. They both looked back at the sky. Inoo stood beside Fuyumi again.
"I took those roses from the maze I told you before.." He said. Her eyes widened and she stared at Inoo. She smiled and nodded.
"Arigatou. Merry kurisumasu!"
